Hired Attorney Amanda Grellner

Felt as if she really did not fight for what I really wanted but more so what she felt like she could win. Did not feel as if she pushed hard enough to try and fight for the things I requested. I ended up paying more than what was anticipated and did not get much out of the money I put in. She communicated very well and responded to my calls in a timely fashion. I did win one major part of my case and one smaller portion but the rest was a bust.

Hired Attorney Amanda Grellner

Amanda Grellner claimed to represent a client in a divorce proceeding (and was PAID by this client, mind you) and later claimed to not represent this client and refused to share important information regarding legal issues. The city she works in is rife with conflict of interest. If you are well connected socially in the city, Amanda and other malicious and vengeful individuals will bring the full weight of the system against you. You should avoid Amanda's biased office and the city of Linn all together, unless you wish to be railroaded. Amanda is, in my opinion, an example of somebody abusing their law degree.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
