Stephanie was always very professional when working with me. It did not matter how many times I needed a question answered so that I understood what was going, she was always very patient and understanding. I would go back to Stephanie if I ever need legal services again.
Stephanie Flynn Law assigned our case to an associate, Caitlyn Clary, who was incompetent, unprofessional and sorely lacking in legal expertise. The office was called twice to speak to Stephanie about our concerns and she never responded to our request. I terminated my legal representation with this firm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm.
We sought services for parenting plan modifications, paid her $700, during 1st visit she said this small case wouldnt cost even that much. In almost a year NOTHING has been settled or filed. She did paperwork a few times, didnt push anything, didnt fight for anything, & now its been almost a year of NOTHING done & now she wants $500 more to even speak to us. She does not return phonecalls or emails for days, weeks, or never. She is quiet, laid back & has no back bone to be an atty.
Working with associate attorney Caitlyn Clary and Stephanie Flynn Law (SFL) Firm, was one of the worst experiences of my life, only second to losing my Dad. Having never been put in the position to contest my Dad's estate, my sister and I hired SFL to guide us through this horrendous process. Ms. Clary was unprepared and unqualified, because she just graduated from law school, to handle our case. It appears that Ms. Flynn and other senior counsel did not offer any guidance which lead to our case being grossly mishandled. We were charged for "everything," contesting our invoices, a simple phone call to see if our attorney was in the office, and when the law firm updated their software. After we fired the law firm, they found a way to bill for $2,000 worth of services in just 10 days. Save yourself the financial exploitation and heart ache of having to deal with this law firm and their unethical representation.
