Hired Attorney

I felt good about hiring Laura in the beginning because she made a lot of promises. Ultimately throughout the duration she began to show a lot of lack in professionalism by not filing or utilizing the evidence given to her. Constantly rescheduling, "lost" months of evidence, and in all honesty gave me total me total misrepresentation. We were forced to settle outside of court for not being able to get a court date repeatedly. We have a meeting everything sounds good, I see Laura write all these things down on a notepad that we discussed I feel like everything has reached an agreement, and then 2 Days later received order that left out critical parts of the agreement that we made leaving my parental rights completely unprotected and now I'm left to deal with extremely detrimental situations due to the lack of quality and professionalism from this lawyer that I paid. I can only speak for my own personal experience but I would not recommend this lawyer to anybody. Still waiting on answers

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
