Since 1991, Mark Allen at Allen Law, P.C. has provided quality service in a variety of legal areas in the Greater Kansas City Missouri area. Our office provides clients with the same resources as many large firms, without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with a modest-sized staff. Our office provides quality and aggressive representation in litigation of your rights in family law, divorce, child custody, paternity, father's rights, modification of support, adoption and restraining orders. Our office also provides compassionate and respectful representation in these same areas through Collaborative Law representation. We also offer professional services in most other legal matters including, but not limited to, personal injury, auto accidents, estate planning, probate and representation for traffic violations.

Hired Attorney Mark E. Allen

Mark and his staff were wonderful. They would promptly return any emails or phone calls. I needed help with a child support matter and they were able to obtain a very favorable outcome. Mark explained everything in a very easy to understand manor and was great to deal with through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a top notch lawyer!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom Allen on my child custody case. Tom was amazing, caring, and he got things done quickly. He always kept my mind at ease throughout the journey which I appreciated because fighting for custody is already stressful enough. He kept in communication about the case and his pricing was very reasonable. He was well prepared for our court appearance and walked me through everything that was going to happen. I definately recommend him! Professional and caring, he takes good care of his clients and that speaks highly of his character.

Mark served me very well through my recent difficult divorce! He is a perfectionist in documenting facts and pushing numbers! I could not have been more proud having him represent me! I live an hour and 15 minutes away from his office and can say I was able to go through the process with excellent communication! All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
