Did not do what he said he was going to do. He didn't try to get anything for me, didn't let me know what was going on with my case, didn't write up a suitable agreement and then handed it to me the day of my court case minutes before we were to go in to see the judge which I didn't even get to do that because he didn't tell me I needed a witness. I filed in April, he didn't file anything with the court until December. Almost two years later, I've had to hire another lawyer still not divorced!
There will definitely be a place one day for people like Mr. Farley. Very rude and when we went to mediation for three pieces of jewelry that was formally agreed upon between the mediator and myself; Mr. Farley only listed two out of three and thankfully the two items were the bigger of the three. My fault for not paying attention to his typed up business practices. My advice for any divorce attorney is to turn into a marriage counselor. Find ways to bring people back together vs. helping to keep them apart with overly inflated attorney fees. I think you’ll find better satisfaction in life and favor from GOD. Not all money is good money but this guy plays in the devils playground. Btw I don’t believe in divorce and represented myself. He got her for all the $$$ though 😉
