Hired Law Firm

Brandi Cole has audio and video proof of the collection agency that does her urinalysis testing, directly tampering with drug samples in front of her face. The employee even says " she www you betta not say nuthin girl' And about 20 obvious breaks in the chain of custody, 1.not sealing the sample to be mailed off together2. Not providing her paperwork upon completion .3 not changing gloves or drip tray in commode. 4. Not keeping the sample the required 30-60 days for a retest. A mid numerous others.. this young woman had her daughter taken from her and immediately following this event the very next morning went and paid out of her own pocket for a hair follicle test at the the same site the KDOT uses here in Lexington. She was clean. And to top it off he had information that potentially more children could have been removed based on incorrect information and CHOOSE not to tell judge EWING.. Ms Cole still has all this proof! Why will nobody listen to her

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
