After Centre, Mr. Cahill went on to graduate from law school and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2018.

Mr. Cahill’s legal career has always focused on the representation of injured individuals. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Cahill worked for a local law firm focusing on personal injury claims related to premises liability, auto collisions, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse & neglect, and medical malpractice. He joined Morgan & Morgan’s premises liability group in December of 2022.

As a lifelong Kentuckian, Mr. Cahill considers it a privilege to represent individuals across the Bluegrass who have been injured and he looks forward to working with you.

Hired Attorney

It came to my attention that my system (PC) was compromised. Someone accessed my e-mail's and left a review I myself did not do (also my bank accounts). The previous negative review was left by a malicious person accessing my e-mails and just being, well, you know. Preston's not a bad person, not the most talkative (thus not all 5 stars), but who wants a talkative lawyer. Hope this corrects what someone did.

Hired Attorney

My case has been open for 9 months. 2 calls, never responds to e-mails asking for updates every 2 months. "Case Manager" E-Mail's you back in 5 days (and is nasty with you in e-mail), the qualifications of the case manager "Ex-Barista at Barnes and Noble" post degree in poly-sci. I don't know how a Barista has access to personal information when that takes a degree as a Paralegal and written consent (which they do not have). Request your legal records, no response, request an update, no response. 3 months since interview with the other party's representative, no update, oh and he dropped the call immediately, so I was alone. Some people shouldn't be allowed to take a bar exam. Irresponsible, unresponsive you name it.
