Hired Attorney Darrin W. Banks

As a Claim Vice President, I have been working with Darrin for the past 5 years. He is our primary defense attorney for all claims in Kentucky. Whenever the defense of an insured is assigned to Darrin I know our policyholder will be in excellent hands. Darrin has the patience and ability to explain even the most complex legal issue in a way that everyone can understand. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
