At Peterson Law Office, we believe in doing everything we can for Kentucky residents who have been injured due to negligent or otherwise wrongful acts. Peterson Law Office is a private practice personal injury law firm that was founded by Attorney Justin Peterson. Justin Peterson has experience bringing numerous personal injury claims to trial and successfully winning case after case for those injured in Kentucky.

Prior to becoming a fulltime personal injury attorney, he represented several of the nation’s largest insurance carriers, businesses, and trucking companies, both defending and evaluating their claims.

Hired Attorney Justin Peterson

Hi Mr. Peterson represent me in my car accident which I obtained serious neck injury which has permanent damage got me very little money and took 3 years to obtain. I don’t think that he likes going to trial that he’s basically in cahoots with the insurance companies I recommended going to someone more reputable

Hired Attorney Justin Peterson

One of my good friend's went to Justin for help. He quickly took her case. That is when all enthusiasm ended. She found out more than a year later, when she went to her first deposition, he had passed her case to an attorney she had never heard of nor did she hire. The attorney it was passed on to showed up at the deposition where it was very obvious the attorney barely, if at all, had reviewed the case. This has been a complete cluster since day 2.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
