I was in an auto accident. The lawyer you assigned to my case was Chris Lewis. I was very impressed with his knowledge and accessibility. He was very patient and answered any questions I had for him promptly. With his guidance I was able to navigate a very stressful situation. Ultimately reaching a solution that was acceptable to all parties. I will be happy to refer Hardy, Wolf & Downing to any of my acquaintances who might benefit from their services. I have never had the need to engage a law firm for an accident in the past. I am very grateful that I chose Hardy, Wolf & Downing and was assigned to Chris Lewis.

Workers Compensation was a difficult case to win. Injury was clear cut case but an automobile accident that also occurred during the injury time muddled things. My attorney worked diligently to bring my case a good out come, and actually the opposing attorney had thought he had already lost the case in the hearing. Unfortunately, the hearing officer sided with the insurance company on technicalities, and the state Supreme Court chose not to hear the appeal. My personal attorney was successful.
