Herb Pearce took my family's $1500 and pressured me to sign a temporary custody order that restricted my visitation and even barred me from my child’s daycare, even when legally I had just as much right to my child as my wife, per the judge’s order. It was almost like he was working for my wife and not me, his client. He said all of this to me, while admitting in the same breath that he hadn’t even opened my file to look or read any of the evidence in the case. I fired him immediately.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
