Mr. Nelson was routinely not prepared for court. He had not reviewed the file and didn't remember the details of my case. I got the distinct impression that he felt my case was too pedestrian and not worth much effort on his part. When the case was revived due to an incidence of abuse, he said that no legal action was necessary. Had I taken his advice, I would not now have custody of my children. Instead, I found another attorney, successfully filed for a protective order and custody, and won.
Never let this atty represent you. All he cares about is money. He doesn't cares if you get what you deserved as long as a get paid. He likes to prolong the case so he can keep charging and for no result. Very unprepared. I would never recommend Ronald W Nelson to anybody.
