Hired Attorney Mr. Daniel Woods

I hired Daniel when my ex was unwilling to allow me more time with our children. Daniel did a great job representing me and always gave me honest feedback about what he thought the judge would do according to the law and precedent. Daniel always did as I asked and directed him to do. It was a long process (not his fault, courts move slowly), Daniel kept me informed about everything as it came along. He worked very hard I am very pleased with his work on my case and highly recommend him.

At a particularly difficult time in my life, he was able to simplify the legal process for me, show great attention to detail, and respond quickly to questions in regards to my divorce. Daniel displays a strong moral character, he's compassionate, and steadfast, and I give him my full recommendation.

Daniel was excellent to work with! He was great with communication and answered almost every time I called. The times he was unavailable he always got back to me with in a few hours. He was well prepared and very concerned about our situation and the outcome of our case. I would highly recommend him.

Daniel Woods made all the difference for me. He listened to me and made me feel valued. He is honest and hard working. He is astute and intelligent. He was able to help me in ways that I think few people could have. He pushed hard in mediation and got me much more than I expected. It was a long difficult process, but I never doubted that he had my back.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
