The Walker Law Firm PLC is a law firm with an office in Leesburg, VA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing dui/dwi, reckless driving, traffic tickets and 19 other areas of law.
We were told we didn't need to be present for the initial hearing, Mr. Walker would attend on our behalf (we live in another city) and we would attend the main settlement hearing. However, when we were contacted after that hearing, Mr. Walker informed us that he reached a settlement on our behalf, which he did not have permission to do. He explained he did so because of the small amount available for the claim and it was in our best interest to not beleaguer the court.
Used him for a PI case, we provided all of the medical and he never returned calls after we sent him all of the notes for his client and he never paid us our claim via the issuance company. First time this has ever happened to us in 30 years of practice.
