I’ve personally used Alex Levay as my criminal attorney since I was 18 years old. Hired him almost every couple years it seemed. Alex by far is the best trial lawyer in the state, east coast and other lawyers represented by the United States said he might be one of the best trial lawyers in the country. He’s honest, he will not lie for you and he will beat them by the book. He will be 100 percent honest and give it to you straight. As a career criminal I respected that. If you were wrongfully convicted, being targeted by the uneducated and immoral and CURRUPT county, tow or state police officers of the lovely state of VA, call Alex. Not for you who have no money. Quality costs. But he is respected and feared in the court room. He has saved my life on more than one occasion. He worked as a prosecutor for years in Fairfax and there isn’t another lawyer more rounded and confident in the court room. I put my life in his hands. It’s what you do when you’re NOT a snitch!
It is MY OPINION that she is feckless and unprepared in court. It is MY OPINION that, like the previous reviewer, they are correct that she does not call people back. I have waited weeks and weeks (since April). It is now mid June. I have left several messages and she has not called me back even once! It is also MY OPINION that she lets the prosecutor bully her in the courtroom and she gets flustered easy and loses her train of thought and her argument doesn't get conveyed. Just MY OPINION.
Worst lawyer in Virginia. Never in her office. Does not return calls. You will be very disappointed if you hire Renee Berard as an attorney. Thank me later.
