Hired Attorney

I strongly believe that John R. Osgood needs to highly work on responding to his referral and clients calls more efficiently and quicker than what he does.

Hired Attorney

I'm sure Mr. Osgood is quite capable when he wants to be. He "represented" me in a federal wire fraud conspiracy. He failed to seek original documents in a case centered on whether or not the defendant was a knowing participant in the fraud. I didn't learn until 3 years into my 87 month prison sentence that the mortgage loan applications had my initials on the bottom of every page EXCEPT the pages with false information! Osgood opened the case by telling them that by the end of trial he would prove to them I was a victim of the conspiracy fraud rather than a willing participant. In his closing argument he told the jury I had been desperate to see my software company succeed and had done what I had to do! He allowed perjured testimony from 3 of my former business partners wherein they said they never saw over $250,000 of revenue insinuating I had stolen it. Osgood intentionally caused me to be convicted of a crime of which I am innocent.

John Osgood is a liar and will sell you out to the prosecution. He worked for decades as a federal prosecutor and now purports to represent defendants as he serves them up to his buddies in the AUSA's Office. Do yourself a favor and get a new lawyer. Don't make the mistake of letting this piece of manure represent your interests
