Hired Attorney Dan Payton

If you need an lawyer to help personal administrators steal inheirtance from beneficiaries call Dan Payton. He will assist in getting the bond waived without beneficiary consent, and you will not receive the order/notices in the mail so you are up to date on the progress of probate. A month after probate case is closed he will submit the affidavits to your case file as if he mailed the order/ notices to the beneficiary. No, Dan Payton is not obligated to inform beneficiary of potential inheritance theft. However, instead of participating in the deception he could of withdrew from the case or prevented the theft from happening. This information is facts Dan Payton did these actions to me. I will be writing the Oklahoma Bar Association. Had Dan Payton followed the code of ethics I would not be writing this reveiw.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
