Hired Attorney Mr. John Hooge

He is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy and foreclosure. He has testified before the Kansas senate and written many papers. He has several associates working with/for him that are there to help you in whatever way you need. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help with bankruptcy and/or foreclosures.

Hired Law Firm

Hired him to do a Chapter 13, and when doing so promised to help me with an adversary proceeding on student loans. As I got close to my discharge I was told he doesn’t do adversary proceedings anymore which left me scrambling to find someone else. Also, all my tax debt was not put in my plan so as soon as my Chapter 13 was discharged I have the tax department threatening to sue me. Also, debt that was supposed to be discharged is now trying to be collected in violation of a discharge order

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
