Worked with the firm/rep for a six month period. I thought using a large firm such as Hutchison Steffan would be a benefit, I was wrong. The case was mishandled, and towards the end, communication had broken down. They seemed much more concerned about collecting their fees, then making progress/winning the case for their client. On that note, I was over-billed for work during the end of the case.
