He was appellate counsel in the reported case of Scott v. Zhou, 120 Nev. 571, 98 P.3d 313 (2004) before the Nevada Supreme Court.Mr. Slezak's practice areas include personal injury defense, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage matters and construction defect litigation. In the area of personal injury, Mr. Slezak has defended hundreds of personal injury cases over past 25+ years. These cases have ranged from minor impact automobile cases with routine soft tissue injuries to catastrophic accidents involving the most complex and severe injuries/conditions.Mr. Slezak was previously the managing partner of the Las Vegas office of the San Francisco-based firm of Leach & English.
