Hired Attorney Gary Rudolph

Absolute fraud in conjunction with his colleague Ronald Stadtmueller. You allowed a criminal to embezzle $190k, including the money owed for my labor, while filing it was too tedious to pursue. (Aaron Smith/Roni Hicks). Then AFTER my contest to the proceedings (Jan 2022 -> Feb 2022) pursuing the same against other individuals. From his own failures in this legal area of "expertise": See In re Medina, 2021 WL 3214757: In In re Medina, the court ruled that when a debtor transfers an asset with the intent to hinder, delay, or defraud a creditor, it constitutes an injury to that creditor. The ruling emphasizes that if a creditor can prove that a transfer was made with fraudulent intent, they have suffered an injury, regardless of the need to demonstrate specific damages. This principle is crucial in cases of bankruptcy fraud and embezzlement, as such fraudulent transfers deny creditors access to assets that could satisfy their claims...

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
