Craig Stone signed as witness to the changing of a neurologically impaired woman's will. He did not request the original will, then in disrepute allowed a newly appointed beneficiary to sign as the other witness knowing full well the Jurisdiction in which he practices does not allow beneficiaries as witnesses to will changes or codicils. I believe he also did not ask or care why, if the original will left no beneficiaries or trustees other than 3 immediate family members & the bank, his client now left roughly 10 of her own and not the grantors friends as beneficiaries of her (hated) sisters trust. Thankfully a legal loophole via adoption will replace them as beneficiaries. The new will also left his client over $1,000,00 of property the grantors original will left to both beneficiaries. Additionally written evidence will attest his associate Stephanie Rojo attempted to violate Nevada Revised statute 165:147 by refusing to allow me the legal right within 10 days demand of documents.
