Hired Attorney

Her boss, Craig Stone signed as witness to the changing of a neurologically impaired woman's will. He did not request the original will, then in disrepute allowed a newly appointed beneficiary to sign as the other witness knowing full well the Jurisdiction in which he practices does not allow beneficiaries to act as witnesses to will changes or codicils. I believe he also did not ask or care why, if the original will left no beneficiaries or trustees other than 3 immediate family members & the bank, his client now left roughly 10 of her own and not the grantors friends as beneficiaries of her (hated) sisters trust. Thankfully a legal loophole via adoption will replace them as beneficiaries. The new will also left his client over $1,000,000 of property which the grantors original will left to both beneficiaries. Stephanie Rojo as written documentation attests then attempted to violate NRS 165:147 by refusing to allow me access within 10 days to documents I requested access to.
