Each time I have sought and used Mont Tanner as our attorney he without fail has received the goal in which we intended. It is always worth our time and money to use his knowledge and experience.

Easy and concise meetings and we were able to get a will & trust set up as well as other documents that went along with the basic estate plan.

Before I hired Mont Tanner I didn't know anything about his fraudulent law practice. I didn't know that he has been suspended, placed on probation, he received public reprimand for misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation. After numerous client's complaints he should not be allowed to practice law. I lost a lot of money, a lot of time and I fell sick because of what he put me trough. I don't wish it to anybody else, so check disciplinary history with the state bar, read reviews before hiring an attorney.

Mont Tanner is a lazy person by nature. He half way does things and grossly over charges. He appears to not care much about his work. Sub standard at best. Criminal at worst. Too many attorneys in this town; pass this one by. He told me to bring cash.

Avoid this crook. Retrained this Sleeze ball. But later decision not to more forward. This crooked attorney made up a bill to keep the retainer with out doing any legitimate work to justify his bill. Contact state will provide a monthly bill. No bill til I requested my retainer back. When I received this grossly over charged bill, he added on extra fee so I owe him more money and he did ZERO work. This attorney is a snake don’t use him or his law office. I file a complaint with the bar and bbb and small claims. Void this crook.

Mont Tanner should not be allowed to practice low. He provides lousy representation – doesn’t know his cases well, overcharging his clients… don’t make people’s lives miserable Mont Tanner!
