I needed to file a TRO before a deadline. I signed a retainer with Aldrich Group and was promised to file TRO within a week. I was assigned to Catherine Hernandez. She found out the lawyer from opposite party was her friend. While I was firmly against it, she dragged my filing for 2 months, and tried to coerce me into signing a settlement with the amount higher than what opposite party originally requested. When there was only a few days left, I demanded to have TRO filed the next day, she quit and took thousands dollars from the trust fund I deposited. This lady has zero ethics. I hope no one would be scammed by her like me in the future.
