Hired Attorney

This was my first time dealing with a workers' compensation case and didn't know what to do. I work in construction and after getting injured while operating equipment had to take time off my work. It was a stressful situation because I didn't know what paperwork to file and was also having issues with my employer. Thankfully, I found Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, and they made the entire legal process much easier. My attorney Ida Ybarra answered all of my questions professionally and felt his support at all times.The case manager Bernadette Lazar kept me always updated, which really helped take the pressure off. Big thanks again to everybody at Benson & Bingham for such outstanding legal service!

Very grateful & thankful I was referred to Benson & Bingham for my work claim. I experienced an incident at my job that left me unable to work.
