Hired Attorney Trevor Hatfield

Jan 2020 I hired Trevor Hatfield to assist in writing a reply to an email from a prior employer offering to discuss a settlement for alleged violations. He reviewed the case, advised we had a good case for class action overtime violations. He would go weeks before returning emails, and even then not address the question or request. He had the wrong business served, did not inform me, got it right on the 2nd try. Ex employer filed a preposterous counterclaim which he failed to act on or even inform me about until too late to oppose. Little communication until the night before the interrogatory response deadline, by which time I'd written the responses myself. Employer responses to discovery were incomplete or not what was requested, he agreed to compel discovery, then just did not do it. He did not submit a single case relevant email that I provided into evidence. He did not submit any names for intended witnesses. He did not file the claim proper for class action. It gets worse but
