    Experience: Commercial Litigation Representation: Obtained a judgment as a matter of law in favor of a title company client after the plaintiff's close of evidence in a jury trial.
    Secured a defense summary judgment in favor of his national homebuilder client with respect to claims for fraud, tortious interference
    other torts arising out of his client's sale of approximately 90 acres of mixed use property located in a master-planned community. The summary judgment was upheld on appeal by the Nevada Supreme Court.

    Gaming & Hospitality Industry Representation: Secured dismissal of a complaint in federal court against an international gaming equipment manufacturer relating to allegations of unfair competition

    Prosecuted a case against a major casino resort that ultimately prevented the resort from ousting a major restaurant
