WARNING!! DO NOT HIRE AMBER ROBINSON!!! HIGHLY INCOMPETENT - UNETHICAL - NON-RESPONSIVE!!! In July of 2019, my beautiful daughter was killed in a tragic car accident and left behind a 6-year-old little girl. I hired Amber Robinson to file a Registration of a Foreign Judgment in Nevada so the CA court order for visitation could be enforced in NV. Unfortunately, Amber is an EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT attorney and did not follow due legal process in allowing the respondent 20 days to respond to the filing of the Registration of a Foreign Judgment. As a result, my case was dismissed by the court and the trailing contempt case was dismissed as well. We had to re-file and at our hearing on March 24th, we were able to reach an agreement. A month later, I emailed about about the status of the stipulation and she responded by stating that she is removing herself as my attorney BEFORE filing the stipulation!? What kind of attorney does that? DO NOT HIRE AMBER!! SPARE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND COST!!!!
