She need it to deposit money that the judge had order my mom to give my dad back,my dad when out to town, therefore he ask Rosanne to deposit the money and sign a legal paper in order for her to cash his checks and deposit in the bank, when my dad come back and found no money deposit from Rosanne. She claims that she work to hard to pick up the money and now my dad owe her more money.
