Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Daniel Herman is extremely knowledgeable about all bankruptcy laws in the state of Florida. He clearly (in layman terms) explains the process, pros and cons and the affect it will have on our current and future credit responsibilities. He always made himself available or quickly returns your call when available. He is direct and to the point which sometimes makes you feel uneasy, however, after you've know him for awhile he quickly becomes not only your lawyer but your adviser.
