    oral argument resulted in the Court of Appeals affirming the lower court

    Negotiated a settlement of an individual who had hired a contractor to re-roof his home. After completion of the service, the contractor refused to repair subst
    ard work. After the negotiation, the roofing company agreed to re-roof the entire home at no charge to the client.
