I believe Mr. Datner settled my civil case as well as could be expected, at a reasonable overall fee. He kept me advised of the issues involved and we cooperated in presenting an argument. However, there were occasions where I felt he could have responded more quickly to ongoing issues, which caused some complications.
Represented me in a civil action as a defendant, allowed me to cooperate in my defense by doing research, which ultimately helped my case and probably saved me some money. Although the case was settled out of court for a monetary settlement, I believe Mr. Datner had my best interests at heart and the outcome was as reasonable as could be expected. However, there were times when issues were delayed, and responsiveness could have been better.
