Hired Attorney Mr. Jonathan Muskin

Jon wrote and help us secure two patents by very skillfully navigating the bumps in the road. He also wrote and took us through two patent reexams successfully. Our experiences with Jon and his firm have been excellent to say the least.

I had occasion to have Jon Muskin represent me in an involved patent / licensee matter and have nothing but praise for Jon's knowledge of the patent laws. Jon cleaned up a patent mess that another attorney created, and also responded on weekends if I needed clarification or help.

Jon has procured more claims per patent and more patents overall than I would have reasonably hoped for. He has unfailingly helped craft a strategy by which claims are layered so as to allow examiners the ease of understanding that is necessary for them to understand the subject matter and the distinction of the intellectual property's value and uniqueness.
On more than one occasion Jon has make detailed and well prepared presentations to examiners that have assisted their appreciation.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
