Ms.Ibrahim told me I could get married in China then get my step-daughter here one year later. I returned married and ONLY THEN did Ms. Ibrahim bother to look at my step-daughter's age and tell me that since she was 18 "we cannot get her here." I have since spent a great deal of time, energy and money but my step daughter is now 21 with no Visa. This very painful and uncertain situation could have been avoided if Ms. Ibrahim were not simply too lazy to look at my step-daughter's age initially.
