In reference on his Outrageous fees for Somerset Master Association. I would NEVER reccomend him as a lawyer. Very unfair person. $125.00 he charges for a standard demand letter. Other lawyers $75.00 . Charges $25 handling fee for partial payment. Very Greedy. Not at all necessary.
He is a crook that take advantage of home owners with outrageous fees on hoa paper work. He make you pay fee then the next year come back with more fee saying you didn't pay even having proof of payment. Money hungry!
