Hired Attorney

Her style of dress is very classy and she very proudly boasts of her social life. I saw no evidence of her fiduciary responsibility to me, and she had no understanding of the law regarding a "Promissory Note." After seven months of no progress I finally had to terminate her services. There had been some money left in my account, but it was never sent to me.

Hired Attorney

I hired Francine to represent me in my divorce and child custody. I paid her a decent retainer. Her line of defense as to why I should have custody of my child was a child should be with their mother. I knew I was doomed. After two years of representing me my divorce was still in the preliminary stages. Had to call her for updates. Somehow I had to keep paying her to do nothing. Finally I fired her and hired an actual attorney that knew family law. My divorce was finalized within six months and custody issues were resolved. The icing on the cake was I received a bill for a phone call asking when I could pick up my file. Please do not hire her.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
