Josh helped us at time of crisis, when we were emergently flown to Cinncinati Children’s hospital for a potentially life threatening procedure during my wife’s pregancy with triplets. Our insurance company stated that the entire emergent evaluation was not preauthorized by our high risk OBGYN group and denied us coverage, billing us for $35k . Josh was able to negotiate our liability and the bill was reduced to zero. Thanks to Josh we have 3 happy healthy kids and no medical bankruptcy!
