I have been a residential mortgage lender for 18+ years. I’ve worked with a lot of attorneys and title agents, and Joe Battaglia has set the bar, frankly IS the bar for best of the best. First, he’s a super nice guy - which makes it fun and enjoyable to work with him. My team agrees. He is also more analytical than most when it comes to solving complex issues, is an excellent communicator, and usually charges the same or less than regular title agents for regular real estate closings. He’s also very good with the closing process, making clients feel comfortable, addressing all of their questions at the closing table - and he coordinates mobile closings for those who don’t want to, or can’t travel to him for their closings. Joe is my go to for all kinds of real estate closings in Sarasota, and throughout the entire state of Florida. I’m grateful to have Joe as an integral part of my team.
