Don't let the only 5 star review fool you. She's the worst of everything. Don't answer or return you're calls. Ask you for money and just like the money she disappears. Read all the reviews and it will all be the same complaint. Wouldn't recommend to anyone but the person I'm taking to court. She's terrible and unprofessional.
Michele Bernard has lied and set false expectations of getting my support adjusted . After the hearing she didn’t bother to follow up with me not even after that meeting . She took my money and ran off offering no assistance that she told me she could help with . She coerced me into paying for her services making it seem as if it was do or die and have not came through with anything and I’m still stuck at square 1 with no true guidance, a jacked up fee in support and no custody order and parental planning in place …… ROBBERY !!!!!!
I would love to see if she has a good lawyer, but far from you can contact her back to back she will not respond then when you do hear from her she she’s been trying to get a hold of you. It’s like once she receives her money. She goes missing a hired her in 2019
She's a horrible lawyer will take your money and do nothing for you she's a great talker and convincing you to retain her then once paying her you will see nothing done hired her in 2019 is 2023 and nothing has been done literally nothing I've never went to court and had mediation one time in 2023 after having her in 2019
I have never been so disgusted in a lawyer. She pushed for money before even having an understanding of my case. Never did she answer a phone call or email. She took my money and disappeared.
