The original amounts of the settlement were changed continuously. He forgot to include my child in the case resulting in less money and no recovery for him. Gave the run around about the time frame of the release of the money. Something that normally takes a year took 4.5 years. It was like pushing restart every time I called. They were always as kind as they could be but gave unrealistic expectations from the beginning and refused to go after my insurance company for the additional 10k.
