Hired Attorney Mr. Ralph Wiser III

You helped me in the year 1990 in Medford. I had been harassed by my Principal at Hedrick Junior High School. You won the case for me in getting unemployment as I had to quit because Ms. Hayes was out to make my life miserable. The faculty finally took matters in their own hands as to what was going on. She ended moving up in the district. I'm sure I was blackballed as I couldn't get another job in the state. Anyway, I have never forgotten what happened and how you helped me through a miserable time. I did end my career in with a wonderful class, great teachers, and a so-so principle and superintendent on the island of Kwajalein in 1995. I just found all my records of the 4 months I taught art and English at the Middle School including your correspondence with me, and all the information I had collected from everyone involved. I know you have made lots of people like me happy with their law suit as I'm sure you have had a positive career, too. Darlene Dihel mddihel@aol.com

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
