Hired Attorney

Ms. Batrakova was pushy, unprepared, ill-informed, misquoted the law and caused my wife to cry 3 days after giving her a legal opinion on an immigration issue! It cost us $350.00 to a real atty at DWT who knew the law cold. My wife was distraught the whole time She told her should would have to wait 10 yrs 4 citizenship over a 2,000 tax bill. WRONG!I asked her if she knew a BK atty (4 a frnd). U know there is a problem when the atty you R asking for advice just finished her own BK! DONOT USE HER

Hired Attorney

The first time she told me something that wasn't true was over an immigration question Ms. B is an immigration attorney but misquoted the law and told me false things that scared me to death. To calm me my husband took me to the lead immigration attorney for a big firm he went to school with who told me Ms. B. was 100% wrong. She gave me terrible advice and recommended 2 terrible atty's for my divorce as well if i ever need to file BK I will go to her she has lots of experience from her own BK
