Hired Attorney

I hired Hillary's to see me as PR, Gather Medical Records to Prove Elder Abuse and show Grand Theft with witness testimony, She did none of this. I had the bond to be PR and objector was guilty of stealing 40k from elder and we had testimony from witnesses and she gave my PR position without a fight to an outside fiduciary, then she sent me a draft of a first production of documents to review and make additions or corrections within hours i sent reply and they had already mailed it out because they waited till the last day to respond! to say i complained was a understatement being 11k into her firm, she is no professionalism and as a client i have rights to view, add and edit what goes out so then she withdrew and charged me $125 x2 to write and edit her withdraw letter as well as charge for me corresponding to her after she voice her withdraw so of those charges i will be fighting. In 6 months of the objector having request Hillry did not follow up, she missed phone meeting.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
