This review is in recognition of Mandy Pavlakos and her outstanding legal team. We became husband and wife in 2006 and just like many newly wed couples, we wanted to usher in our marriage together with a new home. We bought our townhome that same year, during the peak of our real estate market, or the “BOOM” as it’s commonly referred to. Horrible firm! They are dishonest, unethical, rude, non-transparent, provide poor & minimal communication, forget to share legal documents with their client. IMO, they take on more clients than they can effectively provide quality service to. They are slow to complete documents and move your case forward while chastising the client to "be patient"! This firm collectively reaffirms the negative perception and aversion people have toward attorneys and the legal process. This team of women unfortunately give female owned and operated firms a poor reputation and have convinced me to avoid female businesses going forward.
