Rebecca Albrecht is an attorney at Bowman and Brooke LLP. She is also a consumer arbitrator. I requested consumer arbitration against a automobile dealership for fraud, consumer fraud, false advertisement, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation. The Respondent in my case Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a FCA dealership. Rebecca Albrecht mishandled my case. She demonstrated a lack of impartiality. She was dishonest on the General Arbitrator Oath Form and her resume was limited to her past experience and training. She failed to disclose that she is employed at a product liability law firm that is best known for defending automobile manufacturers. Bowman and Brooke LLP is currently defending FCA and a franchised dealerships in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Santa Clara for breach of contract/unlimited warranty, Case# 20CV368787 Federico Magana vs FCA US LLC and Steven Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They have a history of defending FCA.
