Mr Costello handled my workmanship comp. case. He's was very professional and educated in the law. I'm very happy that Mr. Costello represented me. I could never have gotten the settlement I did without him.
Mr. Bullock accepted my retainer of $2500. He then drafted a letter without ever having talked to me. The letter named a person in the greeting I had never heard of. He made a "demand" by a specific date and never followed up. Mr. Bullock never attempted to call to follow up with any party and never followed up with me. When questioned about his billing he was insulted and offended. He got my money and I got NOTHING.
HIS LEGAL ASSISTANT,LINDA, IS EVEN WORSE. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR ANYTHING.
The firm's attorney that represented me completely ignored my wishes, and then later billed me for service rendered. While not unusual, when I questioned his bill I received an immediate response, yet when I asked him the legal options remaining three weeks earlier when my case reach a point where I would be foreclosed upon he was mute. Therefore I would not recommend this law firm in any litigation involving real estate. The primary reason is they did not represent me properly, no doubt.
