Hired Attorney Arlon Woodruff

He agreed to take my case. His office contacted me to remind me of court date. But he did not show up, did not call or contact the court. I had to beg the court to postpone my case to give me time to locate my lawyer. My case was moved back two weeks. Arlon called me an hour before court time to let me know he couldn't make it. He sent his partner, who was over an hour late. The partner done an excellent job for me considering not knowing anything about my case.

Hired Attorney Jennifer Elise Woodroff Weaver

Jennifer had proof of my overpayment from a 1986 judgment for $14,340.She did not argue that it was even pd off and did not argue that I did not have the ability to pay it again!Testimony showed I just lost everything to foreclosure and repo yet she did not appeal with this at all!I got stuck with an additional $48,000! She NEVER returns calls! We had no idea what her appeal said until after it was filed!In her argument it was if she did not know what our case was about!(Kids are 29 & 33 yrs)
