Peter F. Iocona is a trial attorney with extensive experience in DUI defense and complex criminal litigation throughout Southern California, particularly in Orange County. Mr. Iocona has successfully litigated thousands of cases and has taken more than 50 matters to trial. Mr. Iocona began his legal career with the Law Office of Barry T. Simons in 2000 and served as a contributing editor to the two-volume treatise California Drunk Driving Law from 2003 to 2016. He has received extensive training in DUI defense, including certification under NHTSA standards as both an SFST Administrator and Instructor, and has participated in advanced instruction relating to DUI drugs and toxicology.
