Sean is very incompetent in regards to QDRO's. He did not keep me informed about the matter. I had to continually call or email him about the status of the matter because he made a mistake and did not know how to fix it. He made promises to fix the problem and did not. I fired him because he was supposed to file a partition of community property and did not because he had to pay $250 to file and did not have the money to do so after receiving $4700 for a simple divorce case.
